kindness.jpgOk, so this is what happens when you let a couple days go by without updating your blog.  Now I have several posts to make and I should be stamping!   It’s been a crazy couple of days though.  Between doing design work and trying to find my studio under the clutter…. we had a child go missing.  Yup!  For 3 hours.  Now, he is 12, but they were at a huge amusement park and DH couldn’t find him anywhere.  Fortunately, with help from park security, DH and DS were reunited and no one is the worse for wear.   Am I crazy for thinking cell phone for a 12 yr old??

Ok, back to stamping.  This is my Inspiration Challenge card for Saturday September 1st.  I was really drawn to the colors.  I had a tough time with the business of the piece though, so I made something a little more serene.  I used one of my favorite sentiments, “No act of Kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.”  I used a piece from Big Flowers to mimic the circles on the piece.  The DP I used is Basic Grey Periphery.  It’s so luscious.   My colors are:  Brilliant Blue, Chocolate Chip, Close to Cocoa, Cool Caribbean.
