Happy Tuesday! Today’s color challenge was to use pumpkin pie, soft sky and ruby red… i don’t have any soft sky, so I called in a favor and was allowed to substitute my precious Cool Caribbean!! How cool are these colors?!
I had alot of fun making this, but here’s what happened. I told you before, I won the Janome Sew Mini at our gathering. Well, today I decided I wasn’t going to let it intimidate me…. so I opened the box.. gently pulled it out… only to drool for moments before realizing, I have no thread! LOL Guess who will be going shopping!!?? Now, someone come teach me how to thread a bobbin, please!
Sew (pun intended), I decided to doodle some instead. I found this piece of Summer Picnic DP that is Pumpkin pie colored with tiny white dots… so cute and the reverse is a perfect match for these colors! Score
I pulled out my Hambos.. picked an image and started coloring. The rest is history…. teehee.
Here’s my deets:
