   Good Morning!

I woke up very early this morning….. had to check to see if my man won the election (and he did!).    I couldn’t go back to sleep, so I decided to try out the Sketch Challenge on SCS.  

DH has been asking me to make a card for his best friend back in New York.   Jay, his friend, calls at least twice a week and DH gets melancholy when they talk.   They use to hunt together, and Jay likes to rub it in that he is hunting, while DH has to wait 6 months before he can get out and hunt (Colorado law).  

I thought it appropriate to make Jay a card with a hunting ‘theme’, so I broke out my MFT sets Nature Calls and What’s Your Sign.   Now, I am feeling like this card is missing something.   It does not have my usual multiple layers, but the sketch really didn’t allow for it, so I guess I will just have to let it grow on me 🙂

I received an early birthday present yesterday from my aunties ($$) so I can do a little shopping….. that is what I will be doing today!!
