merry-christmas-from-santas-elves.jpg   Good evening!

Well,  it is 11pm here in Colorado…. and I am wide awake.   I have to pick up my son from work at midnight and will probably pull an all nighter getting things in order around here.   We have 35 people (a small family reunion) coming for Thanksgiving and they are going to start arriving on Sunday.

So, since I’m up and the Inspiration Challenge is up, I thought I would kill two birds  with one stone and get a Christmas card done.   I chose the 3rd picture in the IC shown here.   Since the colors were mostly reds and greens, I chose Riding Hood Red and Mellow Moss.   While I was designing my card, I thought….hmmmm…. to pretty for these elves?  Nahhhhhhh.   LOL

I am so loving this Holiday Lineup set and of course am *geeking* over the new curvy label punch.   I just used it yesterday, but *had* to use it again.

Here are the deets on my card:

Stamps:  Holiday Lineup and Curvy Label Bundle by Stampin’ Up!

Colors: Riding Hood Red, Mellow Moss, GP White, Basic Grey Wassail

Ink: Brilliance Graphite Black, Riding Hood Red, Copics

Accessories: brads, ribbon, dimensionals, gold cord, curvy label punch, hole punch, MS lace punch, swiss dots strip EF

IC#2

let-it-snow-x-3.jpg   Well, I woke up after a brief nap and decided I was STILL inspired by Stef’s Mad Men pics, so I made another.

I am on a mission to get these Christmas cards done!    I am loving this Holiday Lineup set.  The images are so adorable and are fun to color.   I realized after I did the cuttlebugging that I had nearly made a SU only card!  Rats! LOL

Here are my deets:

Stamps:  Holiday Lineup (SU!); Punch Pals (SU!); Woodcut Holly Wheel

Colors: Real Red, Kiwi Kiss, GP White

Ink: Brilliance Graphite Black, Copics, Versamark

Accessories: brads, ribbon, dimensionals, snowflakes EF,  stairstep punch, word window punch, silver cording, hole punch

TFL!~ and have a blessed weekend!

This is darling, Holly! The little green guys make me think of “The Grinch Who Stole Christmas!”

Cards are wonderful. You are definitely on a roll. I see you are keeping the price of Martha’s stock up just like I am LOL!! Her border punches and others are wonderful, aren’t they?! I’m green with envy at the Lace Border punch. I’ve tried for a month to get it at Mike’s and they are always out. May have to try WalMart. It’s going to be a Christmas gift from my DH to me 🙂

Trust you will have a wonderful feast together and enjoy each other’s company 🙂 Family is great and so important. Enjoy!!
