~ I AM…~

Good ____________~~   (You fill in the blank.. it’s 2am here…)

I’m not in the least suprised that I cannot sleep.   I spent such a lazy day yesterday… I did some computer work… tried to retrieve some lost files and napped twice.   I have given up on normal sleep.   It is just overrated.

While surfing Splitcoasters at 12:30am, I came across the Inspiration challenge.   It is quickly becoming my favorite challenge as it leaves alot to the imagination.   I perused the Elum site for a bit and was taken in by THIS collection.   It spoke to me.   So much so that I wanted to recreate the little bag.   So, I did, sorta.

My bag stands a commanding 6″ tall and is 5 1/2″ wide.   Perfect for holding those large square cards.   I used my new (soon to be released) Our Daily Bread Designs set, I am the Way.    The sentiment is stamped on a piece of Raspberry Tart dp.

I am having such a fun time working with this set.    This little squirrel has the CUTEST look on his face.    I missed a couple of birthdays recently, so I am making a few of these to send out… different colors, etc, of course.

    I love your work, Holly, and this little bag is just the cutest thing. I love the shape and especially that beautiful Caribbean (it’s one of my favorites)! Don’t know if I’ve seen the oval pearls before, but they are perfect for the little butterfly’s body.

    Love the little bag you created. The scalloped edge along the top is so soft – fits the colour perfectly. Cute card too.
