~ A Bit of Chatter ~

Good morning ladies and gentlemen!

Well, I have been inundated with questions about how my DH and my Aunt Marci are doing.   I thought it time to give you some updates on those situations.

First off, Marci is doing incredibly well!   Her last CAT scan showed NO cancer and she is off chemotherapy.   Truly, truly a blessing.   Since we have moved from there, I don’t get to talk to her much, but I did talk to her yesterday and she said she was feeling really good.   I think it is 90% attitude.   She has to be psyched to have the chemo over.

Ok, now for DH (Don).   He has not heard back from his employer as of yet.   He did file for unemployment, but because we have only been in Colorado for 6 months, he was required to file through NY State and NY State has denied him because he quit his last job there (to move here!).   We are in arbitration with them now, but it doesn’t look good.

So, since I was up and have been up all night, I went ahead and did the Limited Supply Challenge.   It was a fun one… a ‘follow the list’ knda challenge.   We were to use ONE color (and a neutral), TWO designer papers and THREE embellishments.

I chose this adorable dragon from Artful Inkables.   I paired him with this awesome Making Memories Greenhouse dps.

    SO glad to hear about Marci!! Glad she’s off the chemo and her body can begin to heal totally.
