Well it is still night where I am, but I would guess most of you are asleep…. as any normal person would be :).

I have to tell you right up front… this was probably the most fun I have had making a card in a long while.   I checked out the featured stamper challenge around 9:30pm tonight and luckily, Beth had it posted early.    Our FS this week is Inge.   Now I recognize her name as a frequent poster, but to tell the truth, I had not done much browsing in her gallery until tonight.   This girl is a rock star.   She is so not afraid to use her designer paper, that is for sure!    It gave me fits to use so much DP on my card, but it was fun at the same time!

I chose THIS card to case.    I changed up the colors, designer papers, images, left off the brads and opted for candy dots, and added ribbon.

Ok, so I went to my ribbon keeper (the one my DH just made me~ so cool) and found this wired chocolate brown ribbon.   Now, I don’t generally like wired ribbon for cards, but I have to say it was great!   It is poseable!

I cut out the little flowers and added some buttons to them.    I used nesties 4 die cuts instead of ovals.   I, finally, added stickles to my little guy’s wings to make them shine.

Ok, so I am kinda lonely today as the family is off doing their thing.    So I made an Easter card for my son’s girlfriend and her little boy.  

I used a bunch of punches and made this bunny.    I saw one similar on SCS a few days ago, but I forgot to bookmark it, so I am not sure who it was that inspired this.   I even did a little thing on the back 🙂

Ink: Brilliance Graphite Black, black sharpie

Accessories: ribbon, Qtips (for bunny butt), tacky glue, white gel pen for eyes, dimensionals, Large, Medium and Small oval punches (SU!), tiny heart punch, 1/2″ circle punch, large hole punch, Nesties label 3 dies.
