~ A Kind Word ~

Good Morning!
Well, we had some crazy violent weather blow through Colorado yesterday! Three tornados touched down in the eastern part of the state. Fortunately, none of them near us. We are expecting more nasty weather today, but are assured that tornados are not going to be part of it!
I am happy this morning as I got to stamp early. I am taking Noah for driving lessons in a bit, so wish me luck! LOL
Today’s challenge (TLC) was to print on acetate and color it.. using that image on your card. Well, I have a really cheap printer and for some reason, when I try to print on acetate, it takes FOREVER to dry, so I went with option ‘B’ and stamped on the acetate. I used a stamp that was purchased from me over two years ago at a little stamp store on Long Island, New York. We were out there visiting my brother and SIL~ so of course, I had to check out the LSS. My brother picked out this floral stamp for me!
I stamped the image on the acetate with Versafine Black Onyx. It only took minutes of sitting under my desk lamp for the image to dry. I colored the reverse with copics. Then I layers the acetate sheet on pink pirouette c/s.
Here are my deets:

Just a little heads up…. Artful Inkables is looking for stampers to feature on the company blog. If you use AI stamps for your project, please leave a message on Kristin’s blog ( www.artfulinkables.blogspot.com ) . You might just get picked to be the next featured stamper!! How cool, huh?
