Good Morning!

TGIF!!!   It was so nice and quiet here last night.  Two of three boys stayed at friend’s houses.   DH came home for the weekend and I became one with my book :).   I also slept in until nearly 8:30am!   I haven’t done that in ages.

It was nice to stand out on the back patio in the morning sunshine and drink a cup of coffee with my DH.   The sky is BLUE for the first time in a week.   I told him to pack his truck and go fishing :).

In the meantime, I jumped on today’s Limited Supply Challenge.   The challenge was a ‘follow the list’ type.   We were to use only “water” colors (i.e., blue, green, sand).    We had to include ribbon or jute, brads and paper piercing.    I actually had a tough time getting it all on the card!

I took it kinda literal and decided I needed a water ’scene’.    It was a no brainer to use this Bubbles set from Our Craft Lounge.

Several of you have asked me for an update on Marci.   Well, up until yesterday, there wasn’t a whole lot to report.   But, I received a call from Marci yesterday.   Her cancer is back :(.   She starts another round of chemo soon.   I ask my prayer warrior friends to get on their game and start the prayers.   We need to pray for healing so that this cancer goes away and STAYS away!
