~ Lovely Package ~
June 13th, 2009 by Holly McMillen
Happy Saturday!
Have you ever just fought with yourself? Yeah, I already told DH and the boys to take a WIDE path around me as I am either PMSing or the moon is full…lol.
It started when I sought out the Inspiration Challenge this morning. I woke up too early to begin with, but then I didn’t want to go back to sleep either. I started surfing the “Lovely Package” website and as awesome as the pieces are, I could NOT settle on one. Ok, so I figured I was at least inspired enough to create. Why not just create a “lovely package” of my own? No problem.
I have had this cute little mini purse/note tote (by Toni Sacrison) bookmarked for some time now and figured this morning would be a good time to give it a shot. All went well until I tried to find my velcro dots. Ya know, I HAVE about three packages of those things, but do you think I could find just one this morning??? Nooooooooo!!
So my bag is ‘temporarily’ closed with some foam tape. I am going to tear that studio apart until I find the darn velcro. Today is a good day to do it… feeling like I do, It is best that I be left alone..lol.
Here are my deets:
Stamps: Sentiment from Act of Kindness by There She Goes
Colors: Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate chip, Urban Garden DPs
Ink: Versafine Black Onyx
Accessories: sticky tape, scoring blade, bone folder, hole punch, scissors, ribbon, label punch, MS butterfly punch, 1/2 pearls, dimensionals.
