Happy Sunday, Ya’ll!

Well, for those of you who followed my rant about the Weed Control Board, yesterday…. let me say that there are NO weeds left in our yard as of this morning!   DH organized us into a weed whacking machine yesterday.   I have to say our yard looks awesome!   Now the rains are going to start again this afternoon, so those weeds are going to pop up again, but we have the power to knock ’em down this time 🙂

Today’s Featured Stamper on SCS is none other than DawnL!   Dawn, being one of my favorite people, is worthy of this honor!   I love her gallery.   I also have the pleasure of being on a design team with Dawn.

For my card today, I chose THIS card.   Now, I knew I wasn’t going to case it exactly, because I just can’t do that.   It’s not in my DNA.   I adore the monochromatic look of her card.    I, however, wanted to color it up!

I changed the colors, obviously.   I changed nesties and sentiment.    I added ribbon and candy dots.   My ‘floral arrangement’ is obviously different, too.
