~ There She Goes July Hop ~

Good morning, Friends!

It’s that time again!!   There She Goes blog hop time, that is!   If you arrived here from Faith’s blog, you’re in the right spot.   If not, you may wish to start back at Jessica’s blog for the full show.

There She Goes is only releasing one new set this month, but what a wonderful set it is!   Because of the nature of the set, Jessica invited our friend Wendybell (Wendy Weixler) back to hop with us!   Woohoo!!  Gotta love Wendy’s butterfly cards :).

I have been admiring these little explosion boxes for quite sometime now, so I decided this was the perfect set to use.

I started with a piece of cardstock cut 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 and scored at three inches on all sides.   Then I cut out the four corners.   The top was made from a piece of cardstock measuring 4 9/16 x 4 9/16 …. scored at 1″ on all sides.

Stamps:  There She Goes‘ Spread Your Wings

Colors: Kiwi Kiss, Pacific Point, GP White

Ink: Versfine Black Onyx, copics

Accessories: brad, silver 1/2 pearls, MS butterfly punch, wire, scoring blade, dimensionals, ribbon, eyelet border punch, swiss dots ef, primas, sticky tape.

    holy cannoli! it’s breathtaking! I’ve never made one of these boxes, but yours sure makes me want to try!

    Holly ~ this is just breathtaking. the colors are soooooooooooooooooo beautiful and those butterflies are fluttering art. so very pretty!
    (we need voice recordings on these blogs so you can hear the ooohhhhs and aaaahhhhs when we see the pics!)
