~ Imagine ~

Good morning, friends 🙂

It is no wonder that my head is spinning this morning.    I have so much going on in the ‘personal arena’.    I took my brother and nephew to the airport yesterday, to send them back to Colorado.    It was so great to see them.    I am missing them already.    I would have kidnapped my nephew, Gabe, but his mom would have frowned on that! 🙂

We received word a couple of days ago that my aunt Marci’s cancer is spreading.   She is leaving tomorrow for Maryland to visit my Granny, an aunt and cousin.   When she returns, the doctors are going to decide when and if they are going to operate to remove the mass.   My Marci has been through way too much over the last six years.    She really deserves a break.   I am praying hard, and would appreciate your prayers, too.

I do have some exciting news coming, but it is going to have to wait for a day or so.    So, as you can see, I am on a roller coaster!   Thank God,  I have such an awesome bunch of boys who have rallied around to make the days easier.

So, this morning I endulged myself with some stamping.    I wanted to make a baby card for a friend who just delivered a baby girl yesterday, but the challenge didn’t afford me the arena for that.    I will just have to do that later 🙂

Today’s Limited Supply challenge was to use die cuts as our main image.   Sadly enough, I don’t have alot of die cuts.   I have this beautiful Nesties butterfly though!   It seems I have done alot of flowers and butterflies lately.   I am going to break that habit!!

This is pretty simple.   I die cut the frame and popped it.   I die cut the butterfly in three colors (crushed curry, rich razzleberry and white).   I sponged some rich razzleberry onto the white layer while it was still in the die.   I stacked the butterfly and voila.. done.

Here are my deets:

Stamps:  There She Goes‘ Spread Your Wings (sentiment)

Colors: GP White, Rich Razzleberry, Crushed Curry, GP White, Razzleberry Lemonade dp

Ink: Versafine Black Onyx, Rich Razzleberry

Accessories: silver 1/2 pearls, ribbon, dimensionals, label 4 nesties, nesties butterfly, sponge

Thanks for stopping by!   I hope you have an abundantly blessed day 🙂
