Happy Thanksgiving, Friends!!

This is day #2 of the November There She Goes blog hop.    If you have arrived here from Gretchen’s Blog, you are in the right spot!   If not, you may wish to start back on Faith’s Blog to get the full show for today!

I wish to start today by telling you what I am thankful for.   Let me begin by thanking (posthumously), my mom.   She gave birth to me on this day, 47 years ago.   I am thankful for my brothers.   They are my rocks.   I am thankful for my extended family.   Though they are a little nutty, they always rally when the chips are down.   I am thankful for my Mother-In-Law (who is celebrating her 83rd on Monday!).   She stepped up and became a mother to me when I lost my mom.    I am thankful for my freedom and all those who fight to give me that sense of peace, even when things are not peaceful.   And last, but certainly not least, I am thankful for my Lord and savior who  carries me, daily.

Today we are sneak peeking a new set called Birdie Wishes.   I was thinking about what sets Jessica’s sets apart from other sets, such as these.   There She Goes sets have so many interchangeable parts.   You don’t just get an image.  You get an image with accessories!

This is for my Mother-In-Law.   I did a little bit of everything here.   I distress a bit, I ages some, I pop a couple elements and I put a lot of love in just for good measure :).

Ok, now I have a little surprise for you :)   In lieu of gifts this year, I am GIVING one instead!   I am going to reward one of you for being here today.   All you need to do is tell me in your comment what you are thankful for.   You have until 6pm on Saturday the 28th to leave your thankful comment.   At that time, I will draw a random winner and send my “Gift” to you!  I may even wrap it! :)

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Now it’s time to send you hopping!   Head on over to Jackie’s Blog to see what fun surprises she has in store!   Thanks so much for stopping by, today!   I hope you have a truly blessed day!

Totally darling card, Holly :D Love the embossed BG and the little gift on the branch is precious. Perfect touch with the foilage around the sentiment too. Love it :D

If I started to put down all I was thankful for you wouldn’t have any space left on your page LOL! Every day is a blessing and an adventure to walk through with Jesus. Top of the list would have to be my relationship with Jesus and what it cost Him so I could have eternal life. His depth of love for me blows me away as does the fact He uses me to touch the lives of others.

Have a fabulous Thanksgiving with family and firends (((hugs)))

Love all the dimension you added with the sponging. I am thankful to live in a country that is free, even if it means spending Thanksgiving alone while my husband is deployed overseas defending it. I am thankful for our little furbaby who we adopted in January and has been the source of much love, joy and comfort and pray that all the puppies that need homes find them. Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving.
