~ A Birthday Bike ~
December 30th, 2009 by Holly McMillen
Good morning, friends!
I have to say a great big thank you to all of you who left me messages yesterday on my grieving post. It really helps to know that I am not alone in that. I always thought I was a little freakish, but then when others say they have the same difficulty, it makes me feel a little more norm.
I had a rough night sleeping, so it was tough to wake up this morning. I will likely take a good nap this afternoon after my doctor appointment. My gp doctor wants me to have a sleep study done (he is concerned that my sleep apnea has gotten worse), but now Medicare no longer wants to cover that!
In the meantime, I did today’s sketch challenge. It was a nice open sketch. My stash of birthday cards is severely depleted, so I went in that direction.
My supply of pink copics is getting thin! I guess I use alot of pink. I am going to have to run to hobby lobby with my coupon and grab at least two. Yikes!
Here are my deets:
Stamps: Our Craft Lounge‘s Out for a Spin
Colors: GP White, Kiwi Kiss, Abbey Road dps
Ink: Versafine Black Onyx, copics, white gel pen, bashful blue
Accessories: ribbon, pink 1/2 pearls, sponge, nesties label 8, swiss dots, dimensionals

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a truly blessed day!

I absolutely love this card! I wish we had a Hobby Lobby near us.
What a cute image! Love how you coloured it and added the half pearls. The sentiment trailing behind is delightful too 😀 Great job.
OMG… This is just too adorable. love how you designed this bike.
What a cute image!
