~ Happy Mail Day! ~

maw-bhc1.jpg

Hello Friends!

Well, after a few agonizing days, the mailman finally coughed up my package this morning!  Yay!  I had some serious catching up to do, but I think I did alright.

Today is the second day of the There She Goes’ February release blog hops.   If you’ve arrived here from Gretchen’s blog, then you are in the right spot.  If not, jump on back to Jessica’s blog so you will get the instructions on what to do to win some goodies!

I learned a lesson today.   My mojo can only spread so far.   I knew I needed to do three cards to catch up with the other Trendsetters.   I did ok with the first one.   The second one I struggled a bit.   The last one I had a heck of a time with!   I am going to share them in reverse order.

First (the last card I made today) uses the Beautiful Spring set.   I wanted to go super simple as it was my last card and quite frankly, I was running out of time!

I did a bit of scoring on the main panel to add some interest.   The buckle on the ribbon instead of a bow was an afterthought, but I kinda like that.

Here are my deets:

Stamps: There She Goes‘ Beautiful Spring

Colors: Bashful Blue, PTI white

Ink: Versafine Black Onyx, copics

Accessories: Ribbon, rhinestone flourish, buckle, label nestie, scoring blade, dimensionals

Now for the second sample.   This is made with the new Dance set.   If you didn’t hop with us yesterday, I will just sum this set up quickly (though you may wish to read yesterday’s post for more info).   The Dance set is a “Stamp for a Cause” set.   For every set sold, Jessica (TSG) is donating $4 to the Amyloidosis Support Group.

I think this little set will be come a favorite.   For a mini set, it is literally packed with fab images.   I LOVE these flowers.

My deets:

Stamps:  There She Goes‘ Dance

Colors: Bashful Blue, Perfect Plum, Pale Plum, PTI White

Ink: Perfect Plum, Versafine Black Onyx, copics

Accessories: Ribbon, button, embroidery thread, oval nesties, swiss dots ef, dimensionals, 1/2 pearls

And finally, the sneak peek of the day!   From the new Make A Wish set:

Ok, who doesn’t like cupcakes??   The new Make A Wish set is a set of 65 images.  Yep, that’s no typo.  I said 65 images!!!

Here are my deets:

Stamps:  There She Goes‘ Make A Wish

Ok, I’ve held you hostage long enough 🙂    Time to send you off to Jackie’s blog for some more goodies!   Enjoy 🙂   Have a blessed day!

Hugs,

Holly

    Hi Holly!

For a girl under pressure, I think you really did a great job on all three. They all have very different looks.

On the first card, I just love the scoring and oversized bow!

The 2nd card really “popped!” I love the
Swiss Dots embossing, and the lilac colored pearls. Your coloring is awesome!

And the 3rd card…that frosting looks so luscious!
