Good morning, friends!

It’s time to hop along with the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store design team on a new challenge for the month!   This month we’re going shabby!   I’m never quite sure if I have shabby down, but I like the way it looks, so I am good to go! 🙂

If you’ve arrived here from Barb’s Blog , then you are in the right spot!   If not, I highly suggest that you start back on the Stamp Simply Ribbon Store (notimetostamp) blog so that you can get the details of the hop!

I will just state this right up front… I am in *love* with Just Rite’s new By the Sea set.   When I paired it with the K and Co. Blue Awning paper, I swooned.

 ssrs-count-the-waves.jpg

The narrow lace ribbon that comes with the Blue Awning kit has tiny holes in it that you can weave the narrow ribbon through.  How cool?!

 ssrs-count-the-waves-closeup.jpg

Here are my deets:

Stamps:  Just Rite’s By the Sea

Colors: Night of Navy, GP White, Very Vanilla, K and Co.  Blue Awning dp

Ink: Versafine Black Onyx, Vermark, copics, Tim Holtz tea bag distressing ink

Accessories: narrow lace and 1/8″ sapphire silk ribbon, sapphire rhinestones, grand adhesions floral sticker (all from the Blue Awning kit), oval nesties, dimensionals, white embossing powder

One lucky hop commenter is going to win the K and Co. Blue Awning kit!

The winner will receive the Stamp Simply K & Company Blue Awning Kit, complete with paper, embellishments and ribbons. For your best chance to win, please comment at each stop along the hop — not necessary, but increases your chances greatly. At 6 p.m. EST on Friday, May 14 one of our 7 blogs will be selected from which to choose the winner. Then randon.org will be used again to select the winning commenter from that blog.
