~ What is it about Stampers? ~

Good morning, Friends 🙂
A couple of days ago, I caught a glimpse at this image by Hambo’s Tim Hunter that just stole my heart. Â Â It had been posted to Facebook and I made a comment about how much I liked it. Â Â Tim is one of my favorite artists. Â His whimsical style and humor are right up my alley. Â I use to design for Hambo and can tell you that Monica and Tim are two of the nicest people out there.
That got me to thinking about my experiences with stampers over the last seven years that I’ve been involved in this hobby. Â Stampers are some of the most benevolent people I’ve ever come across. Â When another stamper is in need, they’re right there. Â I guess you can say that since we make cards, we are in the “emotion business”. Â Â I think that’s is a great deal of what keeps me tied to this hobby… the people.
So, for today’s Sketch Challenge on Splitcoaststampers, I used the adorable Toy Chest image from Hambo Stamps.
I created the sentiment on my printer. Â Any mother of a boy knows this one to be true!

ROFLMBO 😀 What a fabulous sentiment to go with that image. As much as I love Lego and watching all the creativity it inspires in kids as they make things, it is the bain of my life LOL! Even worse when you step on a little square piece with bare feet!!

Ooh – I LOVE it Holly! What a perfect sentiment for that image, and one that I can totally relate to, after spending all of Sunday afternoon trying to clean/organize my son’s room — only to have it trashed again within hours. (Minutes?) Thanks for the smile and kind words!!
