All of us involved are doing something that involves a tutorial.   I found this awesome tutorial for oval boxes on Dannie’s Designs.   I love the oval box, but I wanted a round box.   The concept works the same for the round.   I thought it looked like a big spool of thread!

 

 

 

Of course, It needed some little round cards to fit inside :).

 

 

 

The “spool” was decorated with “faux” thread (tiny strips of summer sun card stock), some yummy lace with this cute 3/8″ wide striped ribbon woven through it.   A bit of eyelet border with some Kaisercraft pearls and bottom border of narrow strips of designer paper from the October Afternoon Ducks in a Row series.
