~ Le Romantique ~

Hi friends,

Sorry for being absent these last few days.   My bronchitis has been kicking my butt and every body movement just makes me ache.   Good news is I feel like I’m making some progress.   I actually got up this morning (albeit at 8am!) and  cleaned the kitchen.   I took a little break and then headed upstairs.

I took a quick look at today’s Sketch Challenge on SCS.   I am not sure I looked enough, though as my card may be slightly off from the sample.   I don’t really care, though 🙂

Kind of a funny story.  I *knew* that I had the Graphic 45 Le Romantique papers, but for the life of me I couldn’t find them in my stash for the last couple weeks.   Well, when I wasn’t looking for them, I found them!  Isn’t that the way it always goes? 🙂

Here are my deets:

Stamps:  JustRite Happy Everything Mini Tag Kit (from Stamp Simply Ribbon Store)

Colors: Blush Blossom, Gp White, Basic Black, Graphic 45 Le Romantique, Vellum

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Tim Holtz tea bag distressing ink

Accessories: 1/2″ Wrinked Ribbon (olive), Prima Fairytale Roses, MS butterfly punch, Prima pearl flourish, dimensionals, sticky tape, bow easy

Gorgeous card. I like the way you’ve used strip of tiny postage stamp type images at the bottom. Great inspiration. Take care of that brochitis. Don’t try to do too much too soon.
