~ On the Edge ~

Hello friends,

Well, like many (if not all) of you, I have been glued to the TV this morning.   My heart and prayers are with everyone that has been affected by the earthquake in Japan.    It’s amazing how many people I know in the danger zones since the internet has made the world a much smaller place.   Being a native of California, I’m all too familiar with earthquakes, but not Tsunamis.   I don’t ever remember so many tsunami warnings as there have been over the last 10 years.   Is it just me?

I figured that since I was not getting any housework done I may as well stamp.   I’ve been wanting to play along in the CASE STUDY (CSC30) challenge for some time, so today was the perfect opportunity.   And, to make things interesting I decided to combine that challenge with today’s Free 4 All challenge on SCS.

I was inspired by Julee Tilman’s card.

Here are my deets:

Stamps: JustRite Stampers’ Friendship Blooms from Stamp Simply Ribbon Store

Color: Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze, GP White, Kaisercraft Seaside dp

Ink: Not Quite Navy, So Saffron, Tim Holtz’ tea bag distressing ink

Accessories: 1.25″ Satin ribbon (sapphire), label 4 Nestabilities, EK success borner punch, champagne 1/2 pearls, brad, cuttlebug flower die, sponge, circle punch

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Be safe everyone.   Let’s keep our friends and families in the Pacific rim in our thoughts and prayers.

Hugs!
