~ TSG Make A Splash BHC ~

Accessories: 1/2″ shimmer green ribbon, 1/2 pearls, circle nesties, swiss dots embossing folder, xacto knife, label 1 nesties, stickles, dimensionals, sticky tape

    AWWW! So sweet Holly! Beautiful coloring job – I like the dots all over, the embossing the pearls… and the frame reminds me of a porthole window! How perfect is that?!! LOVE those adorable little fishies too!

    LOVE the pearl bubbles from the fish and the sparkly mermaid 🙂 The white circle frame around her is perfect as is the cut out flourish you tucked it into.
