~ Ribbon Inspiration/Stamp Simply Style – Lace ~

Welcome to today’s Ribbon Inspiration challenge brought to you by Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.   You should have arrived here from  Sharon Johnson’s blog, in order to find out just how you can be eligible for the beautiful candy that you see above.

This week our product/ribbon focus is on lace.

Lace is such a beautiful embellishment for those uber feminine cards and it works so well on 3D items as well.

Don’t you just love a card where the paper does all the work?!   I simply stamped directly on to the designer paper and this card was finished in less than 30 minutes!

Here are my deets:

Stamps:  JustRite Stampers’ Spread Your Wings

Colors: GP White, Kaisercraft English Rose dp

Ink: Mellow Moss, Versamark, Memento Tuxedo Black

Accessories:  1.5″ crocheted lace, 1″ wintage lace with pink velvet center, white embossing powder, Melissa Frances white 1/2 pearls, Fairytale roses/white, Sugar Blooms Collection/Madeline, word window punch, sticky tape, dimensionals, xacto knife.

    Holly, this is totally gorgoeus! LOVE the simple to create projects and you hit the nail on the head here — LOVE it!!! Beautiful work with the lace/flowers!!! And that paper pad is perfect here, one of my FAV’s by Kaisercraft!

    This is beautiful, Holly! The bird cage stamped right on the paper just looks like it belongs there, and I love how you cut out the center for the birds! Gorgeous accents with the lace and flowers!

    You have inspired me for sure, I usually always try to create my own background with stamps/inks, whatever.. But you’re absolutely right, let the paper do the work!!!! Maybe if I do that I wont spend hours trying to complete one card! Thanks for sharing this gem!
