Welcome to today’s Ribbon Inspiration challenge brought to you by Stamp Simply Ribbon Store. Make sure you stop by Sharon’s blog to find out how you can be eligible to win a sample pack of these gorgeous ribbons!

This week’s product focus is on wrinkled/crushed ribbon.

Here’s my super simple offering for today…

Here’s how simple this one is…. I stamped the Christmas tree from JustRite Stampers’ O Christmas Tree clear set directly onto this piece of dp from BoBunny’s Father Christmas 6×6 pad.   I stamped the ornament and star and hand cut those.   I used an xacto knife to make a slit on either side of the tree and wove my wrinkled ribbon through.  I tied it in a bow, added this pretty pink flower and a few red and green rhinestones… done!

Here are my details:

Stamps:  JustRite Stampers’ O Christmas Tree clear set

Colors: Real Red, GP White, BoBunny Father Christmas dp

Ink: Riding Hood Red, Garden Green, Memento Tuxedo Black, Tim Holtz distressing inks (tea bag and antique photo)

Accessories: 1/2″ wrinkled ribbon (burgandy), Rhinestones (red and split pea), Prima Avon Rose – Pixie Glen collection, Aleene’s gel glue, sticky tape, dimensionals, sponges.

~*~*~*~

The cool thing is that there is a die cut set (Spellbinder’s Nested Pennants)…

and it works PERFECTLY with this new O Christmas Tree set!  Actually, it can be used for a lot of things… pennants being all the rage these days!   You can find it HERE.
