Hi Folks!

Our ribbon inspiration Saturday is all about the white!  I always find it amazing how much impact a white on white card can have.  The crispness, the stark canvas… the cleanliness.  I just love it!

Welcome to today’s Ribbon Inspiration challenge brought to you by Stamp Simply Ribbon Store. Make sure you stop by Sharon’s blog to find out how you can be eligible to win a sample pack of these gorgeous ribbons!  You should have arrived here from Deb Saaranen’s blog.

Here are my creations for today:

As I type this, I am listening to the local news and they’re calling for blizzard conditions for most of the state.  Fortunately, the area that we live in is only to get the high winds.   But I’m getting chilly just looking at the weather map!

Here’s the first one again:

I’m feeling a lot of love for this card.   I loved using that lattice punch and the wrinkled ribbon was so easy to weave through it!

Here are the details:

Stamps: JustRite Stampers’ Winter Words clear set

Paper: Georgia Pacific White

Ink: Bashful Blue

Accessories: 1/2″ light blue wrinkled ribbon, rhinestones, EK success lattice border punch, snowflakes embossing folder, large snowflake punch, star dust stickles, dimensionals

~*~*~*~

And the second…

Snow and lace…. how much better can it get? 🙂

Here are my details:

Stamps: JustRite Stampers’ Winter Words clear set

Paper: Georgia Pacific White

Ink: Bashful Blue

Accessories: 3/8″ light blue/ivory striped grosgrain, rhinestones, 7/8″ crocheted lace (white), large snowflake punch, embossing strip, star dust stickles, dimensionals

I am in shock that the weather is calling for a blizzard! I fear that most of the country is in for a long, hard winter. And, no. I’m not a black and orange fuzzy caterpillar that predicts the winter! LOL
