Happy Monday!!

Yes, I did say Monday and Happy in the same sentence.   After several weeks of grueling schedules, I feel a weight lifted and actually have the desire to get some things done!

Now, I am way behind the eight ball on this post.   Back on May 1st, I officially joined the Inky Impressions Inkettes.   Have you taken a peek at their stamps?  ADORABLE!  I love to color and these great images are perfect for that.  They also lend well to paper piecing.  Another heads up… Inky Impressions has amazing prices on flowers!  Check ’em out!

Ok, so I actually did this card back a couple weeks ago but I’m going to share it here, now…

How squee cute is this little fairy?!

Here are my details:

Stamps:  Inky Impressions’ Inky Fairy (digi)

Papers:  GP White, Chocolate Chip, Creating Keepsakes dp

Ink: copics

Accessories:  1″ stitched brown ribbon, 5/8″ sheer lavendar and polka dot ribbon, corner rounder, 1/2 pearls, MS butterfly punch, dimensionals, sticky tape, stickles

And one I finished this weekend:

This little beauty was stamped on Soft Suede cardstock and colored with both copics and watercolor pencils (using a waterbrush).  I love how it appears she is standing under the starts at night.  In fact, there are diamond stickles all around her, but it is very hard to catch the sparkle on camera.

Papers: Soft Suede, MME dp and retired SU dp

Ink: Versafine black onyx, copics, white gel pen

Accessories: 7/8″ blue twill with white stripe, white 1/2 pearls, nestabilities, watercolors, watercolor brush, stickles, dimensionals, sticky tape, flowers, tacky glue
