~ A Princess Birthday ~

Happy Monday!

I hope your weekend went well.  We are enjoying some freakishly warm weather here in Colorado.  It was in the low 60s yesterday, so we took advantage and smoked a large pork roast on the grill.  It was amazing!

Even though our team (the Steelers)  is not in the Super Bowl, we are kinda excited to see the local team (Broncos) going to the big show.  It’s really kind of fun to be around the non-stop excitement.   I will NOT, however, be purchasing any fan gear.  I don’t look good in orange! ha!

So I did some more coloring this weekend and here is the result of part of that…

Every little girl wants to be Cinderella, right?  This is a Saturated Canary image and you can find it here.

I used some stardust stickles on her bodice, hair ribbon, and made rhinestones in her hair.

The scrunched ribbon is 1.25″ silk ribbon (May Arts) from Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

I’m planning on doing some mixed media art over the next few days.  I haven’t put pencil to paper in way too long!

Thanks for stopping by!

Hugs!

Holly, everything about this card screams MAGIC! This will probably be displayed in a glass case.
