Greetings!

I’m knocking the dust off this poor old blog and breathing new life into it.  I have joined up with an amazing group of stampers that began with the challenges on Splitcoaststampers.com.  I’ve been working in many different mediums in the past year or so, but my love of paper (and all the beautiful embellishments!) will always be with me.

Today’s challenge is to use circles with a side of friendship.  For my card, I let the coffee rings represent the circles and the sentiment, well it’s all friendship!

For this card, I’ve used two stamp sets:  Verve’s Better with You and Stampin’ Up’s Perfect Blend.  My colors are soft suede, Crumb cake and Vanilla.  I used Close to Cocoa and Ruby Red inks. Simple embellishments of Washi tape and rhinestones.  I did a little distressing and sponging and finished it off by attaching the coffee cup with dimensionals.
