For the first year in… well, forever.. I’ve started my Christmas shopping before the middle of December. I have less to
buy and more to make than any other year, too. My boys are at that age where a crisp $100 bill makes them happy, but I really don’t enjoy giving cash for Christmas. I do, however, enjoy getting it!

Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll share some gift ideas that I’ve been working on. But for now, let’s see what we
can make with the newest Graphic 45 – A Christmas Carol…

Let’s start with the Chocolate sleigh…

Today I’m doing my 2015 version of the vintage Christmas. Way back in 2005 I made my first chocolate snowflake card and it was a hit. Every year since, I’ve tried to make at least one design with the warm cocoa colors.

I am amazed at how quickly the days are flying by. Wasn’t it just summer a week ago? The kids have already been
married a month! Is it appropriate for me to start asking if she’s pregnant? LOL Nah.

Now, let’s see what fun you can have with these 8 x 8″ pads (I used the 6 x 6 pattern and also)

The detail in these paper pads are so phenomenal.  The possibilities are endless.  G45 even puts tag and pillow box patterns on the back.   This card may look detailed, but it was so easy to put together.

The little trifold booklet was simply cut from one of the papers and dressed up a little for prop purposes.
