I remember way back in my pre-teen age when I had a pen pal. It was a thrill to receive a letter. It didn’t occur to
me just how special that relationship was until I was older and electronic communication blotted out those memories. Now we are an instant gratification society.
That’s why making and sending handmade cards allows me to hang on to that near forgotten era. Besides, it’s a great
therapy and stress reliever.
