Downton Abbey Card Kit

First, let’s talk about card kits.  I’ve sampled numerous kits of this kind over the years.  They’ve always left me wanting a bit more.  Well, I can tell you that this kit was well thought out.  So many options!  I was in awe of the quality, too.  I have to mention that there are envelopes for everything, too!

Even the box is luxurious.  Here is my first card…

Many of the pieces have gilded edges.  There is real quality lace and bows, too.

The kit has a broad array of colors/patterns to play with.

I want to point out that when we were told this kit was coming, I was a bit meh.  I had never seen an episode of Downton Abbey and had no idea what the fuss was.  Well, in true researcher style, I binge watched the 1-3rd season.  Season 4 is not on Hulu yet! *sigh*  I really fell in love with the show and now my Downton Abbey card kit is a bit more special to me 🙂
