As I type this, Mother’s Day is coming to an end. It was bittersweet and joyous. It started with a phone call from my brother. Even 24 years after our mother passed, we still have moments we mourn. Shortly after that, the kids showed up and my mood brightened. After they all scattered, the hubby and I spent a quiet afternoon. Perfect.
My fun fold this week is the Tri Fold Shutter card. You can find the tutorial on Splitcoaststampers. I’ve made only one of these before. It’s a lot simpler than it looks. I stamped the image on kraft card stock and embossed in white. Then I used Prismacolor soft core pencils to color.
