~A Hug in a Cup ~

a hug in a cup closeup

I’m back 🙂  I took the last couple of weeks off to enjoy the holidays with my family.  Then my hubby ended up having a procedure last Friday.  It’s been chaotic around here.

As many know, we’re expecting our first (blood) grandchild in a few days.  The Friday before Christmas, my eldest son and his wife took custody of her brother’s oldest son.  He’s the most delightful 12 year old I’ve ever met!  They stopped by on New Year’s Day so we could give them their gifts.   So, I have a grandson now, sort of.  Not sure how that works.  They would adopt him in a second, I know.

So back to the studio this week and I gotta tell you, it was tough!  I had to clean up all the wrap and bows and stuff I left out when making tags.  It was a struggle to get mojo flowing.

But, since I had an e-mail come a few days ago asking for cards to cheer a few mutual friend, I went that way.  I know it’s going to be Valentine central for the next month.   There are 12 guys on my hubby’s crew and most of them want cards for their spouses.
