1 He Has Risen closeup

Easter is, without a doubt, my favorite holiday.  From the time I was a little tot, I loved dressing up in my new Easter dress and bonnet.   i remember, fondly, of family get togethers with all my cousins there.  It’s been many years, but I still hold those memories dear.

This week I made a card to go along with my mini treat box that holds four Hershey nuggets.

1 He Has Risen nugget box 1

I used vellum as a belly band  for the little nugget box.  It’s so easy to slip on and off.

1 He Has Risen R2

I also used the vellum on the card to add the sentiment.

Beautiful card representing the depth of gratitude in my heart for what Christ did for me. Love the flower and negative space.
