~Autumn Blessings~

Autumn has always been my favorite time of year. I like to snuggle up with a cup of coffee and a good book. I like the sound the leaves make when you stomp on them. I like the crisp mornings and the amazing sunrises that come with them.
This year I have a very special reason for loving Autumn. Four days ago, my oldest son and his wife brought a new granddaughter into our world. We had our first granddaughter just over 9 months ago, so we are so abundantly blessed.

I don’t think this could be more simple. The squares are all cut the same and just offset from each other. Gives the appearance of matting, without actually … well, matting!

This is a beautiful Autumn card, such a simple design, but very striking! I love the warm, fall colors and the wheat stamp, so pretty! What a fun technique to off-set the images, looking forward to trying this card layout! Thanks for sharing such beautiful work with us!
